//:: Team work!

This is why you need to work as a team and not as an individual.

Formula 1 drivers are the best in the business. But without a very good car they can never perform at their best. That is why they need their team to help them produce a good outcome for the team. They need the team to work hard with them for them to have a good car each race. Engineers build them a good car and give them a good setup ... they drive it and then give feed backs to the engineers then the engineers adjust a few settings here and there then they drive again until they can get the best out of the car.

And ... it's not just about the drivers and the engineers... They have the support crew as well... That is why in a grand prix team, there are hundreds of members in each team.

Team Work is always and has always been the best practice ....

Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton ... both world champions. Lewis in 2008 and Jenson in 2009.

Look at them as they make themselves look like a complete clot as they try to build the car ... really funny advert by MCLAREN.

After they built the car ... they're not confident about taking it out for a drive/test on a track. Instead they wanted to have their test driver "Garry Paffet" to do it for them ... Listen to Jenson "That's what test driver's are for, yeah?" hahahhaha

//:: 0xC004F061

I don't really know what to say or what to do today ... Was just driving along and I've got another call from a friend asking my help about his Laptop when he tried to install Windows 7 on it.
I've had lots friends asking me about a certain issue that they're encountering with regards to the installation of Windows 7.

The error code "0xC004F061" What does it mean?

Well.... If you look at the package you bought from Microsoft or any retail store out there selling Windows 7... "What you have there my friend is an upgrade kit." ... Yes! It may say "Upgrade your Windows Vista to Windows 7" on it but it is still capable of performing clean install cause it's still an installer for Windows 7.

The thing is! The Product Key that came along with that package is actually an Upgrade Product Key which means ... when performing a clean install the system will... let's say get confused... The system would simply say "Hang on! Your performed a clean install and your giving me an upgrade product key?" So it didn't really match ....

From what I've learned and I have tried this when I encountered this issue was to just call up Microsoft and just inform them of your problem

"I can't activate my copy of Windows"

They will simply create a fix of some sort to tell your system to accept the Product Key once it has been validated by Microsoft themselves.

So if you encounter this problem or this particular error code? Call them up 1-800-9365700

"Am I advertising Microsoft now? ... I can't tell you how much bored I am for me to be able to come up with this type of Blog... Too serious is boring! :)"
